As a Professional Crafts Fiber graduate since 2009, you are invited to join a recent-alumni exhibition, to be held at the Mary Cornwell Gallery, Creative Arts Building, Haywood Community College, Clyde, NC.
The occasion for this special exhibit is to celebrate the many fiber graduates with instructor Amy Putansu. Convergence (Handweavers Guild of America’s biennial conference) will be held in Knoxville, TN in July 2022. Convergence has designed a special post-conference tour for 30 people to visit the Professional Crafts Program, as well as the home studios of Kathrin Weber (Clyde) and Catharine Ellis (Waynesville). The tour will visit HCC on July 20, 2022. Dendel scholars will be featured in the Recent Graduate exhibit in an effort to thank HGA for the generous support of weaving students through the years.
Please join us by submitting 1-2 pieces for consideration in this exhibition. There is no fee for submission. Work can be hand-delivered or shipped (see below).

Delivery of Artwork: Hand deliveries accepted between 9am - 3pm, on May 11 & 12 at the Creative Arts Building fiber studio, room 7320. Please include any special pieces required for installation/artwork must be ready to install.
Shipped work may be mailed USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex to Haywood Community College

Return of Artwork: Pick-up of artwork is between 9am - 4pm on September 7 & 8, 2022. Shipped artwork will be returned on September 12, 2022.
